Hello, I’m Claudia
Hello, I’m Claudia Meresca, an empathic, fully qualified, UKCP-accredited psychotherapist based in Windsor. I opened my private practice over 8 years ago.
I use a humanistic, person-centred approach and tailor sessions to you. I’m also trained in EMDR with the EMDR Academy for Trauma-Focused Therapy, so when it helps I use this evidence-based method to process distressing memories and reduce the emotional impact of past experiences.
